This dealer not only had a great product, but called and talked with me abouat what I was using this for. He made some suggestions and I got a much better product for the same amount of money, Not only that buat it came so fast. I talked with him on thursday and had the computer in my hme on Satrday! Really satisfied.

Buying a used product -- Is there a risk?

We recently purchased a used Dell Optiplex 745 Pentium. It's easy to get burned when purchasing any computer, but to buy a used one online means looking through a LOT of ads. Two factors influenced our decision: One was that this computer was rebuilt by an authorized Microsoft refurbisher. The second was the reputation of Amazon to make good any purchase. We've been happy with our decision. Our Optiplex came in a timely fashion and has never given any trouble.
