Got it here at Amazon 2 weeks ago.
Kids loving it. Now, they are able to play ALL their games with no issues.
Took 15min to set it up and start using.
It did not come with WINDOWS RECOVERY DISC. I can not find any option (program) built-in to burn one either.
I have called customer support. The guy is very nice & helpful but seems to have no clue either if I could create or burn a back-up disc. If anyone knows please let me know.
Windows 8 is new to me.
It comes with USB keyboard and corded mouse.
It was a great deal since I got a 10%off from Amazon as X-Mas coupon code & free S&H.
PROS:
- Unlimited/LIFETIME phone Customer support
- Really affordable gamer PC. A lot better than buying brand PC which can't even play games, this class/price
- NO third party (marketing) softwares, unlike brand names, which uses so much space and are useless.
- VERY QUIET power supply.
- Dedicated graphic card.
- USB ports, front & back
- ALL THE DRIVERS (DISC) FOR EACH HARDWARES WERE INCLUDED IN THE PACKEGE
CONS:
- NO Windows back up (recovery) disc included. Not sure to do with it if this PC crashes on me or when I want to restore it back just like when it was new.
- The PC looks very nicely made/built. Does not look like it's cheap PC.

This computer is good for the cost. Only problem is when I tried activating Windows 8 I had the to get on the phone with Microsoft to get the code. But works fine just see why some people dont like Windows 8.

This PC is the first gaming PC I have ever bought. It's worked really great since the day I got it. However, there was one incident a few days after playing it for a while that the computer shut off on me and would not turn back on. It had me really worried. The next morning I tried turning it on again and it turned back on. I have had it for 2 weeks now and it has not done that again. I just hope it doesn't happen again after the Amazon 30-Day warranty return runs out. All in all though, it's a great PC. I have been able to play all the games I have wanted to that I previously could not before. Borderlands 2, Mirror's Edge, Dead Island, all the great PC games in the past couple years. Cybertron PC's customer service is also really great. Very responsive, and will work with you to determine the problem no matter what it is.
