Purchased this to replace my 12 year old Dell pc that finally went out. I shopped prices and features before buying this and found it to be a very good value. Set up out of the box was extremely easy, the quick start sheet included with it was very helpful. It is very fast and also very quiet, unlike my old Dell 2350 which was noisy. I have a wifi router and it established internet connection quickly. Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars was 1) the included instruction book is not helpful at all, and 2) the button that opens the cd/dvd tray was hard to find. That button is at the bottom of the two doors on the front of the tower and is very small. Over all I am very pleased and would recommend this to any one needing a fast pc at a very good price. Also Dell has packed it with loads of programs I am still exploring.

I read the bad review before purchasing this new tower and must say that I have always had Dell computers and have had great luck with them, replacing only when advancing technology made me, or the hard drive got too stuffed. And this new one works just great also. Dell support is truly amazing, and their techs are willing to spend hours working on a problem if that is what takes to make it right. You really can't go wrong with their products. It never even occured to me to buy anything but a Dell when my old one's hard drive became too full.

This PC is obviously designed to be a good, dollar valued system for those maybe just getting into PC gaming or maybe for a 1st time owner. The previous poster stated he had issues with Dell/Amazon and the PC "Faulty." I can tell you this: This system was bought for my Daughter...she has upgraded it with a new GPU and is steadily rocking all her games at max settings. This is a good, basic value system at a reasonable price. I have owned 4 Dell's in my life. Of the 4, ZERO have had problems so long as you do basic maint. on the system (i.e. Defragging, cleaning up registry errors, chkdsk, etc.)Any issues I have ever had...and they were small issues not even classified as "Worrisome" Dell immediately fixed with either A) A quick phone call or B) A quick e-mail.
